Returns

Here at Beautyfullpets, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of purchase. If the product has been delivered to your specifications, but has not met your expectations. We will reimburse (a part of the) the shipping charges and the total of the product.

Costs for returning an items are for the buyer

In the event of an item being returned, which causes the shipping costs scale to change. We reserve the right to charge for this change, in the total reimbursed value of the product.

Products must be returned in the original, unopened and undamaged casings, and must not be used.

Products that have been specially ordered for a customer can not be returned.

As soon as we have received your returned products, we will check thesefor the afore mentioned, and any eventual figure that is owed will be reimbursed within 5 days.

In the event that we must decide that the returned product does not apply to our criteria, we reserve the right not to reimburse.

Before you return a product, contact us first.

In the event that we make a mistake in the handling of your order, for example, packing the wrong or a damaged product. We will replace the product without charge, and we will also pay for the shipping costs of the product to be returned.

However, you must check your order within 2 days of accepting, and to inform us of any problems. If we do not hear anything within 2 days, we can decide not to handle an eventual complaint. You should also always check the packaging of your order, and if any discrepancies are discovered, note these down when you receive the package and inform us.
